Villa Margarita is a new residential building without maintenance fee, located at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, at the beginning of the town of Sveti Vlas, the Yurta area. The building is already built, at the Act 14 stage, has its own identifier and ready-made documents for transfer.

Finishing works are underway in the common areas of the building, waterproofing of the roof and terraces, installation of an elevator, insulation and cladding of the facade with stone, vertical planning (rich landscaping of the yard and fencing with parking spaces). The deadline for completion of the facility is the end of 2025.

Apartments and studios are rented with plaster and screed, entrance door, double-glazed windows with Winkhause fittings, Vik and Ovk risers, electrical wiring and fuses, with the possibility of additional finishing works in the apartments, at a price of 120 euros per m2.

Payment by installments until the building is commissioned, after which you can use installments until 10.2028, with a surcharge on the price of 6% per annum of the residual value. If desired, a loan from the First Investment Bank.

The building itself has 72 rooms, of which 22 studios, 30 one-room apartments and 18 two-room apartments, all of them are on the first floor, with a big bonus - a fenced yard. The terraces and balconies of all apartments have a view of the sea, and 8 of them have a frontal view. The building will be finished in a modern style with stone on the facade, glass railings and a richly landscaped courtyard. It is also planned to install a photovoltaic system on the roof, which will help reduce electricity and water costs both in the common areas of the building and in private apartments.
