20% of the cost of the apartment is paid in two payments within 3 months of the date of the contract:
– 10% upon conclusion of the preliminary Contract;
– 10% 3 months after the 1st payment;
The remaining 80% of the cost is payment by installments for the property under the contract with the developer:
with installments of 6 years from the date of the contract – with an increase of 3% per annum
with installments of up to 10 years from the date of the contract – an increase of 5% per annum.
Instalment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment of more than 50% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 3% discount from the cost is provided.
